1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and VIPPH 42 ("vipph 42," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vipph-42.com and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

vipph 42 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended solely for use by eligible persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by applicable law. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on vipph 42, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you meet all eligibility requirements set out herein, and that you agree to comply with all applicable rules and policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on vipph 42, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, real-money gaming is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. vipph 42 strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on vipph 42. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by vipph 42 or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.

vipph 42 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on vipph 42, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vipph 42 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of source of funds. vipph 42 may restrict withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vipph 42 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify vipph 42 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. vipph 42 reserves the right to close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided, and to void any winnings associated with such an account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

vipph 42 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. vipph 42 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. vipph 42 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.

vipph 42 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative account balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are applied.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on vipph 42 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. vipph 42 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vipph 42 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants who have completed KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• vipph 42 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vipph 42 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

vipph 42 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' game rules in addition to these Terms. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, vipph 42 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. vipph 42's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph 42 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vipph 42 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

vipph 42 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at no cost.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting our support team or using the self-exclusion feature in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, vipph 42 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including blocking marketing communications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph 42 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of vipph 42 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipph 42. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipph 42 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

vipph 42's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vipph 42's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your vipph 42 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

vipph 42 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in our inactivity policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vipph 42 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit such balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipph 42 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with vipph 42 through our internal dispute resolution process. To raise a dispute, contact our customer support team with full details of your complaint. vipph 42 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

vipph 42 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
